Our TORNAMIX software allows the users to easily generate mixtures via the user interface easy to use.
Generation of the recipe files allows flexible fully automated feed preparation. The completed recipe take-over functions facilitate implementation.
The start time can be set using an electronic calendar with day or hour details. The general interface presentation displays both the grinding and the mixing systems, as well as all the parameters that are significant to the generated recipe.
Colour highlighting of the programmed data facilitates the entry and the checking of mixed data and of the components permanently stored on the disk in the controller. Numerous service functions for the system monitoring increase the TORNAMIX operation comfort.

Ventilated THM Hammer Mill
Owing to a rotor that is inbuilt with the mill, this equipments also handles the cereal or refuse conveyance. The THM hammer mill has an inbuilt fan for sucking the cereals or for conveying the ground cereals.

Unventilated THM-A Hammer Mill
Sturdy mills where all the electrical power is available for the grinding process.
The THM-A hammer mill has no inbuilt blower to suck in the cereals or to convey the ground cereals, therefore it has significantly higher grinding performance than the blower hammer mill, as the entire driving power is available for the grinding process. However, separate equipment is needed for handling the material.

TVM Vertical Mixer
The TVM vertical mixer can be used to generate cereal mixtures and additional components. Additional components can be added through the mixing funnel. Each mixer is equipped with a discharge stop valve that can be activated electrically on demand.
Options:
- Top discharge funnel.
- Supply funnel at the ground level.
- Extended mixing worm.
